General Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions that define our relationship with you as a customer.
Article 1 – Definitions

Reflection Period: period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

Consumer: a natural person acting outside a professional or business activity who enters into a distance contract with Belviar.

Day: calendar day.

Duration Contract: distance contract concerning a series of products/services delivered over time.

Durable Medium: any device that allows the consumer to store information addressed personally to them for later consultation.

Right of Withdrawal: the consumer’s right to terminate the contract within the reflection period.

Merchant: Belviar, as the selling party.

Distance Contract: agreement concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, using exclusively distance communication technology.

Communication Technology: means that allow a contract to be concluded without the consumer and store being physically present.

Article 2 – Scope of Application
These terms apply to all offers, agreements, and orders between Belviar and its customers.
Before concluding a contract, the customer will have free and clear access to these terms.
Article 3 – The Offer
Offers are valid within the specified time limits.
Belviar may modify or cancel offers without prior notice.
Descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but slight color or size variations may occur.
Every offer includes clear conditions regarding price, shipping, customer rights, and the purchasing process.
Article 4 – Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the order and fulfillment of requirements.
Belviar will electronically confirm the acceptance of the order.
Security measures are used to protect data.
The customer will receive all legal information, warranty, return conditions, and customer service details along with the product or by email.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
The customer can cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
The product must be returned unused, with all accessories, and in its original packaging.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify via email and return the item within the same period.
If the deadline is not met, the transaction will be considered final.
Cancellations are also allowed within the first 6 hours after placing the order.
Article 6 – Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If payment has been made, Belviar will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the product in good condition.
Article 7 – Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted for the following cases:

Customized or made-to-order products.

Software, audio, or video with the seal opened.

Perishable goods or items at risk of deterioration.
-
Services such as accommodation, transport, catering, or events on specific dates.

Products from China intended for clearly personal use.
Article 8 – Prices and Taxes
All prices are in euros and include VAT, except for typographical errors.
Belviar is not obliged to maintain incorrect prices resulting from printing errors.
Customs duties, taxes, or shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Article 9 – Warranty and Conformity
Belviar guarantees that products comply with contract specifications and applicable laws.
Any defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Product warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s conditions.
Warranty does not apply if the customer modifies, repairs, or uses the product incorrectly.
Article 10 – Delivery and Performance
Belviar will deliver orders within a maximum of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
If delivery is not possible, the customer will be notified and may cancel the contract for a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If the customer rejects or does not collect the package, 35% of the order amount will be charged.
Article 11 – Payment
The customer must pay the full amount before delivery.
In case of payment discrepancies, the customer must immediately contact Belviar.
Belviar reserves the right to cancel accounts in case of non-payment.
Article 12 – Claims Procedure
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Belviar will respond within 14 days. If more time is required, the customer will be informed with an estimated response date.
A period of up to 4 weeks is established for amicable resolution of claims.
Article 13 – Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, images, text, and software are the property of Belviar.
Reproduction is not allowed without written consent.
Article 14 – Liability
Belviar is only liable for duly proven direct damages.
Under no circumstances will it be responsible for indirect losses, misuse, or customer negligence.
Article 15 – Invalidity and Applicable Law
If any clause is invalid, it will be replaced by one as similar in meaning as possible.
All contractual relationships are subject to the laws of Hong Kong.
