Refund Policy –

Returns

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Please contact us before making a return, as the return address may vary depending on the order’s origin.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. After the inspection, we will inform you immediately about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method you used originally.

The credit usually takes a few days to appear, depending on your card issuer’s policy.

📌 Note: The typical timeframe to process a refund at most banks is 3 to 5 business days.

Additional Information Required

In some cases, we may need your tax identification number or other additional information to process your order correctly. We will inform you if this is required. This information is required only in certain countries and helps ensure that products pass through customs smoothly. If this information is not provided, we cannot process your order or offer a refund.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during transit.

If the return is due to the customer (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the shipping costs. The cost will depend on the carrier chosen.

However, if the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

❗ Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of errors made by Belviar.

Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed within 6 hours of placing the order.

If the customer does not pick up the package, it will be sent to the local post office. If the customer does not collect it, the package will be returned to us. In that case, the customer may request a new shipment, covering the shipping costs themselves.

Damaged Items

Please send us photos and a short video clearly showing the damage or defect. The best images are taken on a flat, well-lit surface where the damage is clearly visible.

This information will help us assist you quickly and prevent future issues. Notify us within 14 days of receipt if the item arrived damaged or defective.
